Save yourself from scam

There are many fake sites those who are attempting to destroy the good will’s of well established binary option brokers.

How you can identify a Scammer?

Many a times traders falls into a trap of some fraud brokers. The most interesting part is that, these brokers pretends to offer same customer service and care as that of popular brokers so it becomes tough to identify them if someone is beginner to this field.

So it’s always a wise advice to browse about the company into search engines before investing in it .If you get negative feedbacks or less recommendation about that particular broker ,it better play safe .It must be done before investing cause after investing it won’t help you much cause investing with any company is very easy but when it comes to withdrawal process it will turn into nightmare for you if you choose wrong broker for yourself .

Another sign of the fraud company is lack of Customer Service and if you find that the customer service team is not available during the trading hours then you can be sure of the fact that they won’t be available when you will claim to get your money back as well. So try to communicate with them with all relevant and legal matters prior investing.

Don't sign up to a broker that is from a country which does not have a strong regulatory system .

Online Bonus “Loyalty Offer”: In many cases traders find great bonus offers from the brokers which though sounds fascinating but in reality it can become a reason for problems. This leads the traders to a trading volume requirement which is much higher than the deposited amount hence leading to block the funds with the broker till the requirement is fulfilled. But this is not always a scam , this can be only fall into scam if the broker sets your account automatically with the bonus without your permission .

If you are %100 confident you signed up with a scam broker you can file a dispute with your credit card company and cancel out the transaction, in most cases you will lose if you don’t have sufficient proof that you didn’t receive the services you signed up for so the burden of proof is on you, the customer. Disputes may take up to 30 days but in the case you did in fact get scammed this might be your only possible way to get your money back!
